About the summit

We got tired of AI conferences that had no builders in the room.

It started with a bad conference.

Confrence Session

In 2024, our founders attended three major AI conferences back to back. They came back with hundreds of pages of notes, a stack of business cards, and almost nothing they could actually use on Monday morning. Every talk was either a 40-minute product pitch dressed up as a keynote, or a panel of executives debating whether AI was "a moment or a movement."

The people actually building with AI — the engineers, the founders, the product managers shipping features under real constraints — were in the hallways. Not on stage. The most useful conversations happened between sessions, not during them.

BuildWithAI Summit was created to fix that. One day. Practitioners only on stage. Talks capped at 30 minutes. No panels where everyone agrees. No sponsors buying keynote slots. Just the people doing the actual work, sharing what they've learned, in a room full of people who can use it.

What we stand for.

Practitioners, not pundits.

Every speaker at BuildWithAI Summit is actively building — not advising, not investing, not "thought leading." If they're on our stage, they've shipped something real and have the scars to prove it.

No pay-to-play keynotes.

Sponsors support this event because they believe in it — not because we sold them a speaking slot. Every talk is selected on merit, full stop. Our sponsors get visibility, not a microphone.

Short talks. Real ideas.

Every session is 30 minutes maximum. Not because we're in a hurry — because we respect your attention. If a speaker can't make their point in 30 minutes, it's not ready to be a talk yet.

The team behind it

The team
behind it

We're a team of four who have worked in AI, product, and events. We started this because we wanted it to exist.

The companies that make this possible.

BuildWithAI Summit is independently organized and community-funded. Our sponsors share our belief that builders deserve better events.
