Lena Fischer is the founder and CEO of Briefstack, a content operations platform built entirely around AI-native workflows. Before starting Briefstack, she ran content operations for a Series C SaaS company with a five-person editorial team — a team she eventually replaced, including her own role in the process, with a system she built herself.

Briefstack came directly from that experience. The platform now powers content operations for over 200 companies, producing everything from long-form articles to social content to internal documentation — with human review at specific checkpoints and AI doing the rest.
